The training incorporates understanding of the science and system of the Neurocycle and how to set up a collaborative coaching relationship with a client over 10 weekly (63 days) session blocks.

Training Day 1 :
Day 1: The Intensive

9-10am Welcome and introduction to the Switch on Your Brain team and portal resource logistics specifically how to access and use the certified facilitator training manual, explanation of resources and the training over the 4 days and the exam process.

10-11am Overview explanation of the 10-week neurocycle cycle structure

11-11:30am BREAK

11:30-12:30pm The science of the neurocycle part 1

12:30-2pm LUNCH

2-3pm The science of the neurocycle part 2

3-4pm The science of the neurocycle part 3

Day 2: The Intensive

9-10am How to Metacog.

10-11am Intensive walk through session one including reporting

11-11:30am BREAK

9-10am Breakaway exercise in pairs: simulated walk through sessions 1-5 with interactive discussion and guidance with Dr. leaf throughout

10-11am Breakaway exercise in pairs: simulated walk through sessions 6-10 with interactive discussion and guidance with Dr. Leaf throughout

11-11:30pm BREAK

11:30-12:30pm Breakaway exercise in pairs – swap coach/client: simulated walk through sessions 1-5 with interactive discussion and guidance with Dr. Leaf throughout

12:30-2pm LUNCH

2-3pm Breakaway exercise in pairs – swap coach/client: simulated walk through sessions 6-10 with interactive discussion and guidance with Dr. Leaf throughout

3-4pm Intensive walk through how to access and use the Neurocycle web page portal, renewal in person training and ceremony, discussion of add-on trainings

4-4:30pm BREAK

4:30-5:30pm Overview of the Neurocycle business model including marketing, pricing, and the bundle for the client

THE NEUROCYCLE™ CERTIFIED FACILIATOAR EXAM SCHEDULE

Exam Part 1
Part 1: The 63 Days of the Neurocycle

Experiential component: Certified Facilitator in training completes one full 63-day NeuroCycle following the exact guidelines outlined and reported in the 63-day Neurocycle facilitator training manual. A weekly report on progress has to be submitted based on the exact reporting/research questions in this training plan, so it models potential future client coaching.  A typical client completes the Neurocycle over a 63-day period of time.

Exam Part 2
Part 2: Open Book

Multiple Choice Questions - open book: This will comprise 30 multiple choice questions covering the basic science of the Neurocycle - psychoneurobiology, the Geodesic Information Processing Theory, the LMM (Leaf Mind Management), neuroplasticity, the three levels of mind, thoughts, memories, and the 5 steps table in Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess. Achieve a 90% pass (complete anytime in first 10 weeks).

Exam Part 3
Part 3: Case Studies

Application: Two case studies scenarios will be provided, The certified facilitator needs to do two separate summarized neurocycles showing how to potentially guide a client with this particular issue in the table provided. This is an open book type question/scenario. One example will be provided to guide on how to fill in the table. Provide a description of the Gather Awareness step, Reflect questions, examples of metacogs for the Write, reconceptualization ideas for the Recheck, as well as Active Reaches for three case studies. Achieve a 90% pass (complete anytime in first 10 weeks).
